One Causeway Park near Staines will be a new 120,000 sq ft, headquarter office, a high quality landmark building that will form the touchstone of a wider regeneration of the Causeway Park estate into a well-established campus style environment. We created a sharp new branding programme that will grow and evolve over the lifetime of the scheme and worked alongside the very talented, bath-based, illustrator Andy Goodman to develop a series of simple, humorous, eye-catching images to bring to life the key messages of the scheme and provide a strong characterful foundation for the whole communications mix. The branding has initially been rolled out with the first building brochure and core website, which will be built out over time as the development gathers pace.
