Based on an original masterplan by Foster+Partners, Ruskin Square in Croydon is a major new mixed-use development currently being put together by developer Stanhope plc along with funding partner, Schroders. Continuing on from our long-standing relationship with Stanhope on the Chiswick Park project, we were commissioned to create an identity for the scheme which is rooted in the strong, architectural presence of the buildings and their eye-catching use of raw materials such as concrete, beech ply and galvanised steel. Alongside this, we’re creating a suite of branded presentations and literature for agents to take to market. As the scheme gains momentum we’ve been turning our attention to a website, marketing suite and branding messages around the site hoardings and a billboard campaign.
